Biotechnology Society of Nepal (BSN) was established in 2007 and registered in Kathmandu under the organization registration Act of the Government of Nepal. The society was formed by a team of young and enthusiastic biotech graduates interested in the development of biological sciences in Nepal through education and information dissemination. The present form of this society is the outcome of full dedication, strong desire, perseverance, and continuous effort/struggle of its founder members, lifetime members, advisors, and our well-wishers. Now, society has grown up to be a common platform of biology scientists, academicians, chemists, and students coming from various sectors of life sciences in Nepal and abroad. We have a collaboration with national bodies such as Nepal Academy of Science
